1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Louis Hotel, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on May 15th at 12am Central Time and ends on October 15th at 12pm (Central Time). All entries must be received within this period.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Scan the QR Code and follow the link to wilsonarkansas.com

  • Enter information, accept the terms & conditions, and submit

  • No purchase necessary.

4. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive:

  • A 2-night stay at The Louis Hotel in Wilson, Arkansas.

  • Dinner for two at The Wilson Cafe located at The Louis Hotel.

  • A $75 credit to be used at The Café, The Grange, or White's Mercantile.

Total approximate retail value: $850.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified via email and/or telephone call within 48 hours after the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Conditions

  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutions.

  • Booking is subject to availability and must be completed by March 31st, 2025.

  • Blackout dates may apply.

  • Winner is responsible for all taxes, gratuities, and any expenses not specified in the prize description.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants grant The Louis Hotel the right to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Louis Hotel is not responsible for any technical failures, lost or late entries, or any other issues that may affect the entry process. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Louis Hotel and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent, except as necessary to fulfill the prize.

10. General Terms

The Louis Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice. All decisions are final and binding.

11. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
