Wilson is home to a variety of event and meeting locations, equipped to accommodate your needs. From family dinners to corporate gatherings, our town offers a special selection of spaces needed to bring your event to life.

Upland - The Louis Hotel

The main conference room in The Louis, Upland is light, bright, and accessible via a private staircase.  Upland has a stunning floor-to-ceiling glass wall that overlooks The Louis lobby.  The leather chairs combine perfectly with the 840-pound steel table, which was custom-made by a local artisan.  It all combines to be the home of your board meetings, and private wine tastings and is ideal for dining opportunities as there is a prep kitchen directly behind the 435 square feet of space.

City Room - The Louis Hotel

The City Room combines timeless character with modern functionality, creating an ideal setting for executive meetings, leadership retreats, and corporate presentations. Featuring comfortable seating, solid wood tables, audiovisual capabilities, and a private entrance from Wilson Town Square, this 865-square-foot venue offers an intimate, professional environment where ideas can flourish. Historic details and thoughtful design create a distinctive backdrop that sets every meeting apart.

River Room - The Louis Hotel

Located just off the lobby of The Louis, the River Room offers 380 square feet of intimate, executive-style meeting space. Accessible by a private oak staircase, the room features a 14-seat conference table, making it ideal for board meetings, leadership sessions, strategy discussions, and executive retreats. Overlooking the City Room and Wilson Town Square, the River Room provides an elevated setting that encourages productive conversation and focused collaboration. For larger gatherings, the River Room can be paired with the City Room to create a flexible meeting environment for presentations, breakout sessions, and corporate events.

The Wilson Orchard & Gardens

Set among beautifully maintained gardens and scenic outdoor spaces, Wilson Orchard & Gardens offers a distinctive setting for corporate meetings, conferences, retreats, and company celebrations. Featuring a spacious event hall, state-of-the-art catering kitchen, flexible gathering spaces, and expansive outdoor areas, the venue is designed to accommodate everything from keynote presentations and breakout sessions to networking receptions and team-building events. Thoughtfully designed and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Arkansas Delta, Wilson Orchard & Gardens provides an inspiring environment where business, collaboration, and hospitality come together.

Tin House

Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Arkansas Delta, the Tin House Golf Club offers a refreshing alternative to the traditional meeting venue. The Indoor Patio at Wilson Café offers a versatile and welcoming space for meetings, private gatherings, and group events of up to 50 guests. With a comfortable atmosphere, flexible layout, and the convenience of exceptional on-site dining, it provides the perfect setting for corporate meetings, team gatherings, and special occasions.

Located within the Wilson Café, The Cotton Room offers an intimate and inviting setting for productive meetings, private gatherings, and memorable dining experiences. Designed for connection and conversation, this thoughtfully appointed space provides the perfect atmosphere for board meetings, corporate lunches, client gatherings, and celebrations.

Wilson Historic Theater
